Nathanaël Denis Lavoie

Originally from Saint-André, NB, Nathanaël Denis Lavoie grew up in the countryside and learned from a young age the importance and richness of the rural world.

Originally from Saint-André, NB, Nathanaël Denis Lavoie grew up in the countryside and learned from a young age the importance and richness of the rural world.

Lavoie has enjoyed a diverse career. In 2005, he moved to Montreal where he worked for several years in telecommunications. In 2016 and 2017 he became a Monk with the Rougemont, Cistercian Monks in Quebec, where he received a philosophical and theological education before destiny called him back to his native region in NB.

Last year, Nathanaël purchased a piece of farmland in order to practice small-scale agriculture and thereby help build the economy of his region.
